In addition to owning the Madd Chef’s bistro, Cicic is the executive chef for AVI Food Systems, Warren, Ohio, and for the Cleveland Clinic. Cicic was selected to serve as personal chef to the clinic’s chief executive officer, and he has prepared meals for visiting dignitaries.
